  • CAD-based design of the parts on CATIA V4 or V5,
  • Qualification of materials and parts, through tests follow-up,
  • Scale 1 study or presentation Model,
  • Follow-up of serie thermocompression moulds, machining and control meams,  
  • First Samples,
  • Packaging studies of the parts.

 

 

 

Its machinery park (thermocompressing presses, cutting presses, high-frequency welding) enabled it to manufacture the molded mats as well as a wide range of thermocompressed parts.
